These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TagPilot, a Shopify application published by FORTY & FREE (IDOW), a French SARL (SIREN: 925 005 753), headquartered at 48 Allée de Baceda, 59830 Bachy, France.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing and using TagPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.
2. Description of service
TagPilot is a Shopify application that allows merchants to automatically tag and untag products based on configurable rules and conditions. The service is offered in two plans: a free plan with limited features and a Pro plan ($4.99/month) with unlimited features.
3. Account and access
TagPilot is accessed through your Shopify admin panel. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We rely on Shopify's authentication system and do not manage separate user accounts.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes 1 tagging rule, 1 condition per rule, manual execution, AND logic only, and 3-day log retention. The Pro plan ($4.99/month) includes unlimited rules and conditions, live auto-tagging plus hourly re-evaluation for time-based rules, AND/OR logic, automatic tag removal, and 90-day log retention. Billing for the Pro plan is handled through Shopify's billing system.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by downgrading to the Free plan within the app or by uninstalling TagPilot. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's billing policies.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of TagPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only access the Shopify data necessary to provide the tagging service. We do not access customer personal data.
7. Limitation of liability
TagPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FORTY & FREE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for any incorrect tagging, untagging, or other actions performed by the application based on the rules you configure.
8. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TagPilot at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Intellectual property
TagPilot, including its code, design, and content, is the property of FORTY & FREE. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in connection with your Shopify store.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France.
