FORTY & FREE (IDOW) ("we", "us", "our") operates TagPilot. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our application.
When you install TagPilot, we access the following Shopify data through the Shopify API:
We do not collect any personal data from your customers. We do not access customer names, emails, addresses, or payment information.

We store the following data in our database: your shop domain, tagging rules, conditions, and execution logs. Execution logs are automatically deleted after the retention period defined by your plan (3 days for Free, 90 days for Pro). All data is stored on servers hosted by Shopify.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the TagPilot service.
When you uninstall TagPilot, all your data (rules, conditions, execution logs, and shop information) is automatically deleted from our database.
TagPilot does not use cookies. Authentication is handled entirely by Shopify's embedded app framework.
As a French company, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
